This talent doesn't seem to be working on my resto shaman.

Can anyone else confirm that the talent is not working?

I'm no longer specced into it because I'm full pvp right now but it was working just fine when I did have it.

The increased amount of maximum health works for sure. I'm not sure about the threat part.

Weird, the health increase wasn't proccing for me in duels, but when I entered arena it worked just fine.

The talent doesnt work for either of my shamans, and I have tested it a lot of time with my friends. It never procs and this should be fixed.

I tested too. Talent doest work in duel, player vs. monster, player vs player in gurubashi arena, player vs player in outdoor (ali player vs horde).
Work in Arena.
In bg i never tried it.
