We are an experienced PvE guild and we are looking for more PvE players 365+ item level who have raiding exp in cataclysm.We have weekly 25man raids and a little progress.We use raidcall and at the moment growing fast.We have ~200 people. If you want more experienced players to join, you need to work harder at being a guild leader. I looked your guild up in the armory and it looks to me like you're a lazy guild leader. No guild MotD and very few promotions. Those won't attract the level of players you're seeking.

actually im just working on level 25 atm. and im really not lazy.. i help guildies for hours everyday. carryying trough dungeons n stuff. and i dont throw ranks to everyone who wants them. i give them to the ones that deserve it. if the player cant even recruit at all online 1 hour a day i wont give him officer just because he wants to have it. and actually you like it or not im working on the guild and im gonna keep working on the guild. tho ty for your opinion. ;)

I appreciate you being civil about my critique. Just remember to treat your members like paid employees. If you keep them down they won't want to stay.
