I wasn't actually planning for it to be this neonlike, I wanted more of a greenish blue. But meh.. going from black to blue took me enough time to keep from continuing struggling with it.

It's beautiful though, still.

I like how the eyebrows fit with the overall look. How did you make your hair so puffy? Did you dry it and used conditioner and a comb?

Dried it with conditioner still in and then parted the back underlying hair in 2 over each other. Adding combing and a kind of conditioner spray with some hairspray in it to make it stand out a bit :)
