Cataclysm Shaman or Warlock Pve

hey guys want to start gear up another toon but idk wich one affli lock or Ele shammy idc about the dps really like both classes just wonder if u guys could tell why i should pick Shaman before Warlock:)

ele shaman style - nuke based, with burst damage. Raid buffs are spell haste, 5% crit, 10% spell power, Healing Stream Totem or Tranquil Mind, plus Armor + Strength/Agi if needed. They can off-heal if needed.

warlock style - dot based, consistent damage. Raid buffs are 5% spell crit debuff, Dark Intent, 8% magic debuff, and (spec dependent) 10% spell power and Replenishment. They also have utilities to summon, create healthstones and soulstone resurrection. limited defensive cds, although they boast 20% soul link damage reduction and affliction has crazy self-heals.

Depends on server, on Sargeras there tend to be a lot of Shamans so getting into class runs you may find it easier as a warlock. Ele Dps for me didn't get respectable(25k+) until I got to 390 ilvl not sure how that compares to a lock.

i do like the shaman but when u seen bane of doom do 54k crits in pve at 366 ilvl makes me wow a lock doing this damage :D
