Someone could suggest a simple maelstrom weapon addon that would play a sound every time i would reach 5 charges and display an image in similar way beast mastery hunter's focus fire talent does.

Not sure how Hunter's focus fire looks, probably is cata thing ?
In anycase "Power aura" addon can provide visuals / sounds for various things. You just need to set the settings for it.

That addon doesn't have any decent ones.

Take a look at nug combo bar.
Not a sound addon, but the visual is as big a clue as anyone might need.
I haven't used it for Enh shaman, but works fine for druid/rogue/ele shaman.

ShockAndAwe is a good addon for this.
You have to set up some things to make it only display Maelstrom procc.
Plays default wow sounds and you can also make it display a bar somewhere.

I just use PowerAuras and set the sound effect to the Auction House "ding."

Maelstrom is overprocing by 300 or more percent. Which makes enh shamans op as hell. You can get 5 stacks just from 1 auto attack which is ridiculous.

Hmm I've never seen that happen, but you can easily take ss from combat log and post on bug tracker if u want.

You mean that you can Storm Strike (both weapons) then proc WF (3 hits) and add those 1 or 2 auto attacks you've also made inbetween and there you go. That's only with really good RNG. Every attack you make has a chance to proc just one maelstrom weapon charge.
