I don't think Goblins can access the Goblin start area after they have left it unless their heartstone is set there, so you will rather need someone to summon you...

i have a goblin mage on sargeras named pronk and port out people all the time

If u use the unstuck with a goblin u will be ported to starting area of goblins so that can be done but that doesnt mean its the only way out, u can ask for some warlock friend to summon you , thats 1 way or u can ask any friend with mass summon just remember he must have u targeted while summoning or it wont work :)
