Spiritual Stimulus (http://www.wowhead.com/spell=105763#triggered-by) should proc whenever you use mana tide totem but it procs with all totems, except for healing stream totem... (i couldn't do a topic in bug tracker... low message)

Thats a very positive bug there. I'll throw it up.

In future never use Wowhead, it's out of date (updated for MOP) and unreliable thanks to changes ingame with the expansions. Use OpenWow.com instead.

it doesn't proc with: stoneclaw totem, magma totem, searing totem, mana spring totem and healing stream totem
