I have no knowledge of shamans, but on the topic of trinkets, I have been let to understand that Bone-Link Fetish and to a lesser extent Vial of Shadows are bugged, making them OP in PvP, in BLF's case to the extent of the trinket being viable for agility users. Therefor at least Bone-Link Fetish will not be viable in the long term as bugs get eventually fixed.

As for the Matrix Restabilizer, I do not know what makes it good for Enh shamans, but considering it's long 30 sec buff duration, it probably has a high up-time. I don't know about trinket internal cooldown or it's impact on Molten, so you should probably proceed in seeking more information.
