Until recently, I was mostly guildless for the last two years. This was due to the fact that I am extremely opinionated about the way people behave.

My current serbian guild is pretty decent and and i dont plan on leaving any time soon,still im always looking for new ppl to play with outside guild,but shyness is HIGH here so... :/

Let's put it this way. I was in a guild that placed in the top 100 raiding guilds in the world throughout most of Cata. We were expected to bring our best to every raid, and I don't know how many people got gkicked for messing up mechanics more than once. I know that one of our officers was literally just unable to grasp flying on Alysrazor, and after the fourth attempt of him dying from not keeping Wings of Flame up, our GM demoted him to inactive and he wasn't brought on any more raids.

That's the kind of raiding environment I'm used to.

There are those kind of guilds on FW,they are rude,cocky,rarely take new pp,mostly rage at ppl as 10y olds,cant cooperate in pug rhc/rhot etc

I never understood what is so hard about any raid. I usually get so bored in raids that I play risk and purposely run closer to the fire or whatever the boss is throwing at us just so I can dodge it at the last second.

Every raid boss is easy and I don't understand why people even look up videos or download addons to help the player/team defeat the boss.

All you need is a team of people that do enough damage and heals. A team that knows their class. And a team of people that don't have the reaction of someone dying of old age.
