    I want to ask in which dungeon can i get rep with Silvermoon, Undercity etc. (by using tabard)

    o.o Just go to silvermoon and UC and do the low lvl quests.

    Yea i like to level my rep with guardians of hyjal to get an belt, im revered, tabard and quests isn't working how am going to level this up?

    You can easily get reputation with Guardians of Hyjal ...lots of quests.I get exalted by doing 20% of the quests there.
