Retrieving a char

i was playing with my main char ( kalebrapt ) then i had to logout. when i came back my main char was gone, i didnt delete it. can you do something about it please. i spend to many hours on this char still today i put 20 euros. please help me!

Have you tried restoring it from the website? Do you share your account with anyone? (one of the main reasons why characters "disappears").

Check the website under my account and tools, make sure you're on the right realm and look for the restore function.
