Cataclysm Vial of Shadows HC?

I just wanted to know how good is vial of shadows for enhance shammy how much damage does the proc do & how often it procs.Highest crits etc.

Your lightening shield talent does more damage in an encounter than vial proc. it's not good imo

Well it's only 1 trinket, it's not supposed to make a big chunk of your total damage. If it is doing that then there's something wrong.

I have normal version of vial on my shaman and it does about 3-3.5% of total and on my rogue it does like 5-6%(heroic version), i haven't compared it to anyone on total damage and how often it procs.

im going for matrix cause its more useful in pvp situations too.
