    The TV broke.

I don't have a problem with that personally for I am at the PC most of the time, but my mom is going crazy. She cooked me a pizza and another specialty of her for which there is no name in english. All in boredom.

Conclusion: you should break the tv more often, no?

What is the original name of the speciality?

Oeufs ?á la neige or ?ánenokle. We use oeufs ?á la neige to name them. I searched it and apparently 'tis called 'floating islands' in english. Didn't know it had an official name.
I should probably learn how to cook them. Add one more desert to my limited list.

A french dessert, interesting. I have seen it before but never actually tried one of those. The only thing that I can create are second degree burns when it comes to cooking.

Haha, I feel you. When I first started cooking, I was terrible at it. I always put too much or too less of everything because my spoon is not the cooking book's spoon :D.
But now, I can't live without cooking. Literally lol. I need my job to pay my studies. At least I do something that I love.

Best **** ever. It's like ice cream engulfed into a fluid that is made from eggs I think, and sugar. Really delicious.

Btw, Viscountess where are you from? We say ?ínenokle in Bosnia.

So you understand Ricks, it's a word from German, ?ínenokle= schneenockerl.

I actually understood it, a lot of words sound very simular to german words, as long as you pronounce them. I noticed it when I talked to alma, a lot of words might be writen completely different but the pronunciation is quite simular.

I'm from Austria. We still call it ?ínenokle or even oeufs ?á la neige. Rarely use the german name although it sounds almost the same.
