I can't seem to find him anywhere. Some people in-game told me that he flies around the area of the first quest at netherwing valley but I can't seem to find him anywhere!

Just fly around the area and spam /target Neltharaku. That's how I found it!

When they fixed it I couldn't find it either. I came back after a hour or so and he was flying above the castle.
But yeah just fly around and spam that macro.

This is SOOOOO funny for me because if I remember right, the quest info SAYS he is flying around.. Once I read that, I ignored the marker that only indicates the area in which he was and I flew around, and after about 20 seconds I found him flying in circles around the fort thingy. So here is my tip: READ THE QUEST INFO
