Is there any way to reach Molten Front in Sargeras? Is it the same on other realms?

Is there any way to reach Molten Front in Sargeras? Is it the same on other realms?

It is not scripted and it is a phased area so you cannot reach it without unlocking certain events. The same applies for all realms as content is uniform all throughout, with the exception of Warsong.
