Ofc females tend to have way higher body fat than males and that is normal, you're made to bear children. 20% is actually low for girls.
If you're planning on dieting, do it apropiatelly and learn that you need to complete your macros each day in order to actually improve. Don't blame **** on genetics, thats insulting those who work hard to achieve their goals.
Sorry about the rant but so many friends have gotten depressed due to lack of results for trusting random internet sites it pisses me off each time I hear about it.

Could not have said it better myself. By the way Devianthe, I never used any diet regime or exercise plan in order to gain weight and get into shape. I simply did what my common sense dictated at the time.

Deeeeefinitely. Ohmygod. Sweaty boobs are the worst! The only thing that is better than this is hitting the shower after exercise. A nice breeze on the bare skin feels really great though. I'm glad I don't live in a city.
It feels good to be naturally skiny. I actually had to force myself to gain a bit of weight so I won't look like a drug addict. And sport helped me a lot.
Letting myself get out of shape, then trying to do something like... chase after my dog at 4 AM in the morning, because he got out of the fence... it's just a killer. 0/10 would not do again. I hate being out of shape, it makes things so much more rough.
Though, naturally, I find that it's impossible to gain fat. Like, my metabolism must be stupidly high or something? I used to eat 5 times per day back when I was in highschool, I'm pretty much the same as now as I was then, just was more in shape then.

I don't really exercise, but I do enough things throughout the day, I guess you could call it exercise. Babysitting my dog and a bunch of teenagers a few times a week certainly is a work out sometimes. I only eat 1 meal a day, and a few small bits of things here and there (a popsicle, cup of tea, etc).
I used to be athletic, and I weighed in like a stack of bricks. I'm not really able to do that sort of thing anymore, though. No time for it plus damaged legs makes it kinda rough.
