Is this bugged or sth. It's supposed to give you 30% haste after using feral charge and actually it doesnt give you anything. I am pretty sure it worked before but after some updates it stopped working

Stampede only activates when you use it in Bear form, and in cat form you get 100% cost reduction on ravage, learn your class bro :) or atleast read what talents do:cool:
