Yup and it's a felony to not pay it and you can serve jail-time.

Welcome to Great Bull****ian.
I guess that's because TV can kill people. As time passes, I realize that V for Vendetta's story taking place in Britain only makes more sense.
If I get an ******* cop pulling me over (which hasn't happened...yet), I will give them a hard time. And cops here tend to treat people with respect. Which makes everyone's life easier.
A healthy community would be when everyone just respects each other. And what consequence would I receive if I told a cop to **** off? Besides looking like a complete douche that wants to make peoples lives more difficult than it already is.
I give the elderly as much respect as they give me. I give the police as much respect as they give me. I give veterans the same respect as they give me. And I give my parents, friends and other loved ones as much respect as they give me. No one should ever be entitled to your respect.
And I guess I'm fortunate enough to live in an area with respectful cops. If I got pulled over for something minor and the cop was being an ******* to me. I would sure as hell be an ******* back. And I would LOVE it if they arrested me and tried to charge me with some bull**** charge. BUT, like I said, I'm fortunate enough to live in an area where cops are respectful.
So what about those people who claim that you must earn their respect before they give it to you? Like our friend, Nkiruka so elegantly put.
Lol that would be a rough relationship. I personally, give everyone that "neutral reputation" at first lol. I definitely won't disrespect you but I also won't go out of my way to be nice to you.
And I hope I'm making sense. For some reason I don't think I am. It's 5:00 AM and I have been up for a loooooonnnnnngggggggggg time. It is WAY past my bedtime. :[
Saying you must earn respect does not mean that you will be disrespected - like Lawl said, you could simply be treated neutrally. There's no rule that says you either blatantly act rude and disrespectful or kowtow at first sight.
I love Pink Floyd so much. I love the lyrics to all of their songs. Even their song, Bike.
Easily my favorite lyrics.

Being nice to someone isn't necessarily being respectful. Respecting someone doesn't mean you have to be nice to them. The "neutral reputation" Lawl mentions is more akin to it than niceness. :p
Let's talk about space and galaxies and the universe and time and life and death and stuffs.
What if we re not alone in space but aliens think we re not enough evolved,so they dont visit us ?
Have you been part of Portal 2?

You're diving too deep into infinite waters. It's too late/early to dive that deep. We need to take it slow and dive a few feet a time....lol I'm so broken. Way too tired to sleep.
