Resto shamy guestions

So i heave good geared resto shamy 380-385, and i wonter do i need to cap haste at 916 or 2005, and how much mastery iis good ? and how much crit ? ( does i need crit at all ), and than if i need 2005 haste to reforge spirit and crit into haste and if i restore spiri does i need water shield buff ?

So i now have 2005 haste and 1107 mastery and 841 crit chance ( 4.69%) is that good stat ?
