The new Sims 4 Create a Sim is awesome, the amount of detail you can put in.

Tried my best to make myself, it was impossible to recreate the mess that is my nose though.

I have no experience in having tubes stuck down my urethra, but that entire...area is unbelievably sensitive. You underestimate just how much so, it seems.
