Upgraded Heirlooms

I was wondering if these were supported here... example...

Upgrading Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders to Supple Shadowcraft Spaulders. I checked the Dalaran Vendors and the items are not there.. so I was just wondering.

The upgrade vendors are in Stormwind/Orgrimmar next to the Justice Point vendor.

"added in patch 5.2.0" so im sure that they are mop items.

What he is going on about are the level 85 Heirlooms, which you upgrade the normal ones (the Level 1-80 ones from Dalaran) with. Which can be found at the Heirloom Vendor in Stormwind/Orgrimmar.

Not the actual gear upgrades that were implemented in 5.2.0

Can you elaborate on the location of the vendor please? Nobody in game will help and the vendor in the trainer area only has older ones for jp

So I'm miffed on the upgrade vendor as well, Zulna is supposed to sell options for 1-85 heirlooms but only sells the base versions. It was supposed to be in 5.2, and the prices were supposed to be cut by about 2/3 in 5.3.

The vendor seems to sell only the 1-80 heirlooms, even after buying an item that has an upgrade it isn't available to be bought.

Since we are on the topic of missing items from vendors, the guy that changes Jp to honor is also missing it in his inventory.
