I've seen kids smoke and drink at 12-13 and doing drugs if you're confused about that.

I'm 19 (also virgin, but then again I want to become a wizard), none of my friends (male and female) have had sex (or at least that's what they admit, and boys usually have this feeling of sharing that they've done it..) and only 2 of 14 girls in my class (well.. ex class) lost their virginity at the age of 19...

I've never smoked or drank, but that's personal preference.. Kids start smoking here at 8-12 too... And drinking more than they should at 14...

I'm 25 and am a virgin. I don't believe it is something to be ridiculed for, nor something to take pride in. Honestly, I don't feel like it matters much. I'm happy with a non-existent sex life. I also don't smoke at all or drink with any sort of consistency. I haven't given drugs so much as even a thought.

Where I live, if a kid has made it to 14 without lying about losing their virginity, they're rather unique.
