I started to brush my teeth religiously a few years ago. I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day or sometimes even 4 times.

I didn't take care of my teeth when I was younger and now I'm paying for it by getting cavities like they're nothing :(.

I drank A LOT of milk as a kid. My teeth came in perfectly but I destroyed my teeth when I was younger by never brushing them.
