Played Gmod for 3 hours and then dark souls 2 for 4 hours straight.. 7 hours without eating/sleeping/using the bathroom... I should be studying.. what am I doing with my life...

I used to go on 13-16 hours marathons daily. I remember clearly during a winter vacation I woke up at 10 and sit all day, literally every moment on my PC up until 3-4 in the morning.

Sitting all day is really bad for your legs, back and stomach... I know this because I myself have issues from sitting too much xD

I should really hit the gym or go to parks or something... but in my house I have a fridge, a bathroom, and no reason to wear pants.
