WotLK Flare of the Heavens vs Abyssal Rune

Hello everyone,

How are you doing? I just got a little question. My shaman is Elemental PVP and I want to vote a trinket. The problem is, I'm not sure what trinket is the best. I think these 2 trinkets are the best but I'm not sure which one is better. Since (I think) haste is better then crit, but the other trinket gives more SP on proc. Here the trinkets:

- Flare of the Heavens
- Abyssal Rune

This is my shaman: Blowmytotems. Also, if there is an other better vote trinket, I'd like to hear it! Other tips are also appreciated ofcourse :P I'm looking forward to your answers!

I would get Flare of the Heavens.
Its item level is so much higher that abyssal can hardly compete with it.
Haste is the better stat but crit is also quite usefull.
Crits increase the dmg of ur next 2 spells by 10% because of elemental oath.
