Cataclysm Weapon choices for Enha PvP

Hi

I've played enha shaman for a pretty long time now, both PvE and PvP,
I am now aiming to start climbing the ranks in 2v2 with my Retri IRL friend.
I've been thinking of the weapons, usually u go with slow 1handers, but I've been thinking of the possibility to switch between these two:
A fast off hand with Frostbrand for the slow.
AND the one I find most interesting, wouldn't it be possible to time and switch to a 2h with WF
for higher bursts, and then switch back to 1handers?
I am a pretty good player so I should be able to get this working if there is some point in it.

I would really like to hear your opinions!

Fast weps is a big nono for enhans and has been throughout the game. Having frostbrand on a slow wep will be enough trust me. Now switching to a 2h will only be worth it if windfury were to proc within the first or second swing or the first stormstrike for that to be even remotely close to worth it. I suggest that you donate for two no'kaleds and **** on everyone. ( http://cata.openwow.com/item=78472 ) 32 coins/wep.

Do the fire, frost and nature damage from No'kaleds benefict from mastery that increases that type of damage. like the enchant avalance? or is it a set amont of damage that does not change depending on the mastery?

Yes it's effected by mastery, and is BIS for both PvP and PVE.
I've globaled people in a single unleash weapon, from a Windfury proccing 4 fireblasts.
