Pandaria casting Elemental blast as enhance

Just a stupid question regarding enhance shami for pvp.
Is it worth to cast Elemental blast in 2 second or should this ability only be used with 5 maelstorm stacks?
I was curious because i often stay infront of a enemy player and have elemental blast rdy to use but cant decide if i should wait for 5 maelstorm stacks or just cast the ability whenever its rdy.

Replace your Lightning Bolt with this.
Thats how you use Elemental Blast, off CD, with 5 MS stacks, nothing less nothing more.
If you get kicked say bye bye to all your spells since it's a multi-school spell.

So it basically use EB on first press and LB on second press?

However i dropped LB from my actionbar because this ability seems useless for pvp.
I rather safe my 5 MS stacks for hex or healing surge.

Uses EB if its not on CD, then uses LB until EB comes of CD.
If you Double Tap when EB isnt on CD it'll cast LB, try not to do that unless you want to do it (i.e kiting without any MS stacks).

Well thx but i tend to spam my keys like crazy when i do pvp and ill probably end up casting lightningbolt by mistake with such a macro.
