Question about death knight quest chain

Dear staff,

Me and my gf made a death knight character recently, but we are not seeing any quest marks on the mini map nor big map. Is this normal ?

We 're also still trying to leave the beginning area which seems impossible without finishing all quests?

We only still do the quest for shoulder armor and head item (both blue)
but we dont seem to be able to get quests. from anyone anymore :(.

In addition we used the heartstone to get at the lich king in beginning building. But cant change floors anymore so our characters are stuck forever on the second floor of the building ?? :S im very confused. Thanks in advance for all advice

and to be clear we're past the beginning quests and been in new avalon already, speaking with orbaz bloodbane and stuff doing quests. only need shoulders and head item.

But still stuck at the heart of acherus on the floor the lich king is at.
pink teleport thing wont work. Even when guldies summon, i cant get out.

nobody can tell me how to msg a gm either.
Any help would be mostly apreciated

Try using the unstuck feature on the molten website should work
