One argument i got from one of their lead: You can do a heroic encounter without a single mistake just watching a vid, because it's the same as being on the encounter

Let's be honest here. Shivtr does not have the option of "Lacking Class Knowledge". When we reject you with the reason "lacking raid experience", we refer to you as you lacking class knowledge. Because we have been taking people without Heroic experience but showed good class knowledge in their applications.

We also usually give chances to people who has demonstrated good class knowledge. If your application was rejected, you probably gave us one liners in your applications, hence not giving us any reasons to accept you.

Good luck being disgruntled here. We just dont take ****ters. Much less when you're a disgruntled ****ter.

I've applied, but you all rejected because of "not enough raid experience". What's with the elitist attitude if you all never gave a chance to at least try? And I don't understand why are you all so picky when the Cataclysm population is slowly dwindling down because of WoD/MoP.
