MailBox doesn't give items from vote points

I bought for my paladin ret Judgement armor and some parts was on mailbox and vote points was consumable ! Where is other parts ?

I stayed 2h and 431421 relogs and nothing ...

It's because the server keeps crashing or some ****, who knows. I also just got a mount with vote points and its still not there. I'll wait till this stops so I can continue to play in peace.

I think you bought when srv was much crash but me buy the item when srv was fine .
