Let the people and only the people who had owned Shadowmourne before be able to refund just the amount of coins needed to resend their Legendaries. This is a limited amount of people and doesn't flood the market with anymore SM's now than there should be. I know Smyth has tons of tickets to sort through, but seeing who owned them before is a quick search for you.
Donations will open and legendaries will be donated for then, sure. But make this right for those who had already owned them and didn't have correct information.

Again I just want to confirm. How about those who had shadowmourne before but decided to make a new toon on their 2nd account? Is there any possible way that we can still obtain it on our 2nd account through verifying that we had history of shadowmourne? I hope this question get answered before coin wipes.
No, only accounts that purchased it before, making 2nd accounts and so forth is not exempt from the limitation.

Yes, the issue is some of us flushed our coins under a before-hand 30 day window of reset before finding out that the window would be extended to 45 days. Now we're out of the 7 day misbuy period with items sent due to information constantly changing.

Refunded coin reset date has been extended to 45 days (up from 30 days) since the account recovery date. This extension applies only to accounts recovered before March 15, 2015. Recovery page is here. Additionally we are working to implement a system which will allow characters that had spent coins on legendary items to re-purchase them once again according to their account history.

If you are talking about verbal announcements, they're about shadowmourne returning to the marketplace, not "resending" previous purchases. :(

the outcome will be - auto closing ticket and nothing more. even my ticket for account recovering was autoclosed (created on 2nd of february, closed on 13th) due to no reply. why do i need to expect that item missbuy ticket (that were bought 1 month ago) will be answered, lol?

Don't say you want to repair your reputation with the community and then handle major situations like so. Sure, you deal with *******s, selfish jerks, immature bratty kids everyday on here. There are some of us though that have stuck through with you through the years, hard years. We just want what is considered fair.
To me, fair is having the exact same toons with exact same gear I had before the crash. Nothing more, nothing less. Anything extra on top of that is a kind gesture from Molten that we greatly appreciate.

I'm not washing my hands of anything, it's not up to me whether or not people can claim misbuys to rebuy shadowmourne, you clearly have absolutely no idea. That will be the last time you accuse me of doing something ill towards anyone here, especially towards a large group that require assistance on a simple matter.
If you made a ticket and were rejected, that's that, you need to refrain from being negative and move on.

Exactly how is this a problem in being achieved? The coins were left to players for that exact purpose, yet some people simply rushed on their purchases and made additional ones that were obviously not in the original.
You can claim they "rushed" you but at the end of the day they had been explicit in the initial announcement that the 30 days period was up for extension, and they were asking for feedback consistently. Aside that everything has been a wait and see stance since they were verbal about matters being discussed so they asked players to wait and see while they extend the expiration but they never promoted players to spend their coins otherwise from the original plan. Now you have guys making toons on different accounts or people making an entire BiS set of a character they never had. They can't really be held responsible for taking the risk of not waiting for an official announcement, be it on coin extension or shadowmourne etc.
The thing I'm most upset about is that I purchased it in January, with the $638 i donated in January. Yet, I don't even get a chance to purchase it again regardless if I have the coins or not.
