Kind of sums it up from a player standpoint, however we will process and deal with everyone who proceeds to make a ticket, send a pm, make a rant post on the forum, which will last months, to be expected, it's nothing new and we're use to anything that comes our way.
I have informed Smyth of the following:
If someone has excessive misbuy claims already (6 - 28, yes 28...) and comes in to make another because they want their shadowmourne - Do as he always does - policy template.
If someone has 0 to 5 previous misbuy claims and comes in for a refund pertaining to shadowmourne - Complete it.
