I saw that but if you refer to the post above smyth's , you will see edifice post saying that only refund 0-5 items but not all of it. So I want to know what smyth/edifice perspective is and if he could possibly help me with this issue. But whatever
Basically, if you paid SM 150 coins, you can't refund enough items for it if you have 0 coins now.
If you spammed support with stupid refund requests before they said they'll do it or something, you won't get refund.
If your SM is 100 coins or less and you have 0 coins, you can refund max 5 items in order to buy it.
All it means is that if you have abused the refund system, trying to refund dozens of stuff, you will be denied refunds to get Shadowmourne now. If you didn't do that, you'll be able to refund enough items to reach enough coins to cover the cost that item has for you.
Nvm, I found the answer :D
You seem to be misunderstanding my question. I donated for a ret pally bis expect weapon on my ALT. However, I didnt know it will be allowed for only accounts who had it back then ( Couple weeks ago). I had shadowmourne on my main account. Is there anything possible for this? Or I'm f*cked?
No, I didn't misunderstand your question, I just corrected what Evangelion had said.
Your question has already been answered by Edifice pages ago.
Here is the post mentioned by Obnoxious:

So glad for you guys who getting their tickets resolved quickly from 1 forum post while others have to wait days  ahh well such is life
Remeber its nice to be important but more important to be nice ;)
i can get shadowmourne on account 1, but i want to refund items from account 2 and send the refunded coins to my accoint 1. Is that **** possible?
I would like to know this as well.
Since we weren't informed about the SM token since the start its logical that ppl with more than one account decided to spend their coins without taking account for SM.
This has already been answered, and I even linked the response just a few posts above yours.
The answer is a no, since it would work against the limitations of the system in place.
Please make Shadowmourne available on the expansion it was ORIGINALLY purchased on! This absolutely sucks that because I wasn't playing the game when the servers were upgraded to Cata I am not allowed to repurchase it when I have hundreds of spare coins.
At least be fair and put legendaries the marketplace at some heavily elevated price for those who bought it after January or are in this position. It's already rife on the servers anyway and it would seem a lot fairer to give it to those who contributed significantly to the server rather than those who saved up to buy it at 50 coins.
That will sincerely be up to Smyth. You for sure won't be able to get the Legendary on an account that didn't have it before, but it's possible he will consider allowing you to refund coins from a different account that you gifted coins to and which belongs to you, so you can try opening a ticket (assuming you don't already fall in the auto-deny group that abused the misbuys). It will be his decision, but keep in mind he isn't in any way forced to comply.
