    Less sleep = feel better
    ANYONE????
holy **** i went to sleep at 5am, woke up at 8, felt amazing for some reason.
went to sleep at 12, woke up at 9, felt like ****.
I found 5 hours to be my sweet spot, but every weekend I need a day to just lie in bed and sleep for eternity.

I try to go to sleep at 10 pm.. usually I fall asleep at about 11-12 pm.
I have to wake up at 6 AM.. so that's about 6-7 hours of sleep, and I feel like I need A LOT more..

When I sleep normally(weekends), I go to sleep at 12-ish and wake up at 8-9 (on my own, no clock). So I guess 8 hours of sleep is ideal for me

8 hours of sleep is what I need. I sleep naturally and wake up naturally, no clocks, but after 8 hours. Even 15 minutes less than 8 hours and I feel like **** the whole day, but up to a point. 15 min to 2 hours less sleep and I feel like ****. More than that, and I feel good again. Sleeping 2-5 hours and sleeping 8 hours has almost the same effect on me.
