Well you can simply see that noone invited him in guild. That means that he joined guild without asking any of you and also when he joins he gets the guild master rank. My guess is that he joined because there was a problem with your actual GM. He was either banned/account hacked or you have some big drama in guild and you wanted to pass the guild master rank to somebody else. Who knows?
