1. no doubt. still, it's like saying "drinking actually helps people calm down" or whatever. Doesn't mean i have to like it. Just my personal opinion here, I don't expect anyone to join me or whatever.
    I think there's probably a point where people focus on lifting as an excuse not to improve other aspects of their life that they're dissatisfied with, sure, but I don't think enjoying lifting is inherently sickening. At least it's physically healthy anyway, unlike drinking, which is just destructive.
