Item missing while faction change

I transfered from horde to ally and my boots are horde only? what do i do now? GM ignore my ticket.

I just transfered from ally to horde and the same thing happened to me. both my trinkets are Ally only, and so are my belt, cape and hands, which wont allow me to use the engineering enchants i put on them. I trust I wont have to get all these items again...
