WotLK what to dispel at 3v3 solo

I am a bit new at wow and trying to learn. As a good stacraft 1-2 player i guess it wont be diffucult to learn for me. I wonder what buffs, dots, debuffs i have to dispel at arenas ? Can any one help me about dispelling by writing a list like most important=innervate and less important=frost armor. Sorry for my bad english :)

CC > major CDs > heavy dots > slow

I like to pop PI at the start of the game and spam dispel everyone on the enemy team. After that it's generally dispelling your team mates from ANY kinds of slows/snares/CCs and getting rid of enemy shields/hots etc on the person you're trying to kill.
