and then what happens? People talk crap about LoL for 2.5 years and counting, and here I am, still playing.
What about smite? Dota 2 is just bad. Never bothered to try HotS even though I got key at the beginning and all that. Somehow it doesn't draw me in. My friends play it so that's a good indicator that it's a game for top casuals.

It's pretty much LoL in a 3rd person perspective. I got bored of it fairly quickly, since it provided a quite low skill cap and no real depth. But that's just how I felt about it.

LoL community is just bad most of the time.
I used to play on NA, since thats where most of my raid team where from as they are all Merican. The community wasnt all that bad but their skill level wasn't the greatest.
Now I play on EUW, most of the time it's toxic. Last night I had two amazing games (Still levelling there), we had great fun and everyone was willing to team up and do it again. EUW have a little more skill.
From what I got told from Djokula, EUNE is just the cancer of all cancers, you will want to mute everyone you come across and what doesnt help is that there isnt a single English native country, everyone is either Scandinavia, Baltic or Balkan. I could just imagine how much fun it would be to watch a Swede and a Serb try and understand each other.

Never played DOTA2 and won't, HotS and Smite, yh no thanks....
