[A] <Burn> - PVE Guild

Burn is a new Progression Guild based in Europe. Our goal is to accomplish the Heroic End-Game content of WotLK hastily and efficiently. We are not interested in having a huge player base with only a few players getting to see the content with us. We are looking for intelligent people that we can work together with to achieve our goals.

Progression:
- ICC10Hc (12/12), achieved in first guild raid!
- ICC25N (12/12), achieved in first 25 man!
. RS10N (4/4), achieved during the break during Bane!
- RS25N (4/4), achieved in the second 25 man raid!

Our mission:
- Find enough people to progress in 25 man Heroics in a player sparse guild environment. We want our players to experience the raids with us, and have fun with us.
- Grow and learn together.
- Build confidence and trust towards all members.
- Be a semi-casual guild that raids 2-3 times weekly. Other raids will be made by officers and core raiders according to people wanting to raid at other days.
- Provide an excellent raid environment at 18:00 Server Time.

What we expect:
- Players that can speak clearly and can comprehend English (We do not expect perfect grammar, but communcation is always key).
- Honesty and communication about issues and questions in game. If you do not tell us what an issue is, we need to assume what is going on. This essentially prevents any sort of drama within the guild.
- The hunger to improve and learn. Be it a new class or a new spec, theres always something to improve or to learn about it!
- Commitment. We obviously have no use for people that always have to leave an hour after raids. Should you chose to come to a raid, please see through it. Obviously issues may arrise in real life, which is understandable. We do, however, expect our players to see through an event they have chosen to commit to.
- Common sense, reason and decency. This is self explanatory: do I ninja in a PuG? Do I wipe my raid intentionally? Do I make people wait for me all the time? Quite simple: no (duh).


About the officers:
The officer team has years of experience from various end-game content guilds, both on retail and Molten. Many members aswell and officers have been friends and have played the game for years together. After experiencing the switch from Molten-WoW to Warmane, we have realised there is a niche in the PVE Guilds: Huge Guilds (who shall not be named ;)) that do not care about their members and small guilds that are familiar but cannot achieve anything. We felt that we wanted to provide a guild to the community that can achieve the goals of the huge guilds in smaller, more familiar and friendly environment.
