i loved lordaeron as much as you did if not more, but let's face it, it was dying.

"Lordaeron [ALPHA]" on the realmlist, and a spam message in-game each and every time a person logs in would be enough, you'd think. If those neon signs aren't enough, then there's not a whole lot else we could do that would deliver the message, if anything at all.

Never underestimate the power of stupidity... :) An official statement on the forum and the website would probably get the rest of the players attention.

Anyways, as I said, we are many that are hyped for the 1x server, and I've been confronted by a number of new players on Deathwing asking me if Warmane has an 1x server! Your work is highly appreciated by many! :)

One last thing, when would you expect Lordaeron to be finished enough for an official release? Is there an estimated time for the testing phase? I know that like everything else its "done when its done", but could you maybe give us a hint of how long it might take before you would consider making the server an official one?

No estimations. It's something we want to do and reflects all, and more, improvements that WotLK realms can expect to have. Not giving estimations to avoid letting any hopes down in timeline. As for Lordaeron's message, it has been updated to be very clear when logging in to the realm.

So you are going to open the server afterall ? that's great news :).

Just so you know Kaer Wolf, Lordaeron was by far THE BEST wow experience I've ever had in 6 years, and am looking forward to playing there once again and wish you the best of luck ;).

But something you should reconsider : Coins, make them limited (like s6 and t8 or t7 available only) and point shop, that would balance it really nice.

Edit : you said "Not giving estimations to avoid letting any hopes down in timeline." but imo, you should atleast tell us if its going to be the next month or the month after, many of us will be free during summer, and have plenty of time to play so releasing it early summer should be a good idea, if it gets ready by that time ofc.

Far from dying. We still had 1400 players during peak hours which is ****ing impressive for a private server realm.

Damn, I still miss my precious Blackforge who I invested months and months. Now, I can never see him anymore. Even if Lordaeron will be revived, there's nothing for me to comeback to.

I had realm first acheivments there and I would hunt them again without any problem :P.

Nothing yet, I really hope it launches in june/early july though.
