I was scanning through the new bugtracker, and just noticed the "WinterGrasp" bug dismissed with:
Is this true? There will never be Wintergrasp on the WotLK servers here? Is this old news and I just missed it? It's true I haven't followed every "Q/A" and other discussions, but this was news to me -- I was apparently delusional into thinking that it was being worked on for some release later..."There are no ongoing plans for Wintergraps nor any future plans for it."

It seems that the staff has some communication problems. Sapphire lists Wintergrap on the top 5 bugs while Borrean says that they have no plans to work on it.

I was surprised to see Wintergrasp work on another server, I remember Molten was the best at scripting things (atleast back in the days).

Top 5 bugs voted by community, it was never said it is our priority.
While here we have 4 thousands of players online on the WotLK realms, even on retail they lagged due to wintergrasp.
It is not up to discussion. You will see other content being fixed, but not wintergrasp in near future.
