You can call whatever you want :<
sounds more like your friend doesn't know how to count calories m8
Really? That's strange, I swear he had a chart laid out for his daily calorie intake :<
Here are pictures of people that eat that many calories on a daily basis.
does your friend look like one of these people
If he managed to work out hard enough to eat 8k a day and not gain weight, that's really impressive, but it's also very, very incredibly far from average.
What does this have to do with fighting? My "vacation" is on the 3rd btw...I was just getting into WoD too.
Nothing, I was just stating that there was once a time I was very physically fit...
Nah, he's pretty ****ing bony. Like, slightly muscular but not ripped or anything.
There is, and I am one of these types of people, who are natural skinny, with extremely fast metabolism. It is from the DNA as I said in my main post. I rarely speak of things I have read, I speak of things I have experienced. Yet I managed to turn that fast metabolism into a fit and muscled tone body, with what I wrote in my main post.
That's why I said in my previous post that eating 3 times a day is not enough. In the busy routine covered around school or work people eat only a few times a day and if you're skinny 3 meals won't be enough for you at all. This is bull****. Even people who are "naturally skinny" can gain weight; they just need to eat more. And while I agree that it may be kind of hard to get enough food in only three meals if you're trying to gain weight, meal timing really doesn't matter beyond your personal preference (liking a few big meals vs many small meals). Just meet your nutritional goals for the day in whatever way works best for you.
Everything I said was regarded to that specific person there who had a question. And he got answered in all possible ways. If he is skinny and as he said: 'I am eating too much'. People usually say they eat a lot, but how often do they eat:
There is a big difference in having 2-3 meals BIG meals a day from having 6 balanced meals a day (Example: eating big breakfast -> going to work -> not having anything at work -> having big dinner at home = two meals for the day, big meals => I eat a lot, because I eat like a pork two times a day). No that's not the right way to eat if you want to gain weight.
How to do it: Nice breakfast (might be a sandwich or a fruit) -> after 2 hours have a small meal (half big meal) -> lunch (big meal) -> after 3 hours have a small meal (half-big meal) + you could add one more small meal in between-> after 2 hours dinner (big meal) + exercising every day at home and when going to gym you must spent at least 1 hour there, maximum 2 is enough. (That's the way I've been doing things, taking the advices of bodybuilders and fitness trainers to turning my body into a great looking one) have in mind that the program will probably have some modifications depending on you. So it is always good to seek for an advice from a professionalist.
I've been there and I know what must be done to gain both weight and muscle. (Yet people debating it exclaimed that they fail in preserving the balance, but when I give them the balance recipe they find rotten tomatoes in it, then keep bumping your 'bags full of potatoe bodies' if you don't want to achieve any results. I said it clearly, if you find anything not right in what I said then you've screwed yourself. I don't need to worry about myself, because I have already gone through that phase). :D You're the ones who need to make the hardest step, to take yourselves in hands, not me.

Your metabolism isn't hereditary, unless its from an underlying condition like Diabetes.
You're metabolism generally is controlled by your Thyroid Gland.
I love it when people say "I'm genetically fat".. No you're not, you're just lazy and can't think of a better excuse. Mostly because you got used to your parents being fat too and being taught its ok to be big, this is environmental conditioning, not genetics.
There are a lot of things which are hereditary, like height, pigmentation (Hair/eye/skin), diseases and intelligence. However being fat/thin isnt one of them.
If you're struggling to put on weight go get your Thyroid checked out, most people don't even notice when it's over/under producing hormones.
Also ya'll need some Scottish food in your life. Guaranteed to make you obese in a week. Deep fried pizza anyone?
This is so ****ing wrong, wow. Please stop trying to spread such complete horse ****. You can gain weight whether you eat everything spaced out or in a few meals; all that matters is how much you're eating overall. Just eat however many meals you're comfortable with or fit in your schedule and track what you're eating. It's completely possible to eat an absolute dick ton of calories in only two or three meals (do you have any understanding of varying caloric densities?), depending on the particular food. The idea that it's not "right" is just ****ing dumb.
After I read the first paragraph I knew not to continue.
People talking about what they dont know trying to come off as smart, but we see through it.
