What happens if I move to Warsong?

If I have some Heroic Gear on Neltharion then transfer to Warsong what happens to my gear? Will I still be able to use it in BG's, because I know you can't use Heroic Gear in arenas.

Yes they have in the FAQ. No Transfers to and from Warsong. As it would ruin the balance of the other server and Warsong.
