In arenas played against a hunter which looked like it used thrown weapons, the damage to me was constant and time less than a second between attacks and the damage was similar to mine. Have you seen something similar ?.
The picture does not say much, just the hunter who does not use weapons such as the bow or the gun

He probably used transmog exploit for his weapon. So his tanged weapon looks like throwing weapon now and his attack animation is different. I've seen some hunters with staff transmog as ranged weapon. Imagine that.

He's abusing Cheat Engine to transmog cloth, non transmog items, leather to himself.. It's not game breaking but when staff sayd that they ain't banning for bugging out weapon transmog, some ppl went even more farther and tells that it's legal to use Cheat Engine to tmog.
And now this is somekinda ****ing fun-server and peeps using Cheat Engines w/o punishment.

you don't need cheat engine to transmog/exploit items...
put your item on actionbar and click it right after pressing accept... simple as that

I know it is a transfiguration, the problem is that he attacked very fast less as 1 second between attack, unfortunately I can not prove what I saw. For the next I'm going to record the arena because strange things happen.
