I wonder if it is possible to get exalted with The Oracles, frenzyheart tribe, orgri'la or sha'tar?

if i can get exalted with someone of them how do i do it?

I reached Exalted with the Oracles time ago, and I'm actually getting the rep. with the Frenzyhearths. I've seen people with the achievement of Ogri'la, and I don't know anything about Sha'tar.

To get the reputation with Oracles or Frenzyhearth just go to Sholazar Basin, enter in a cave near the Lifeblood Pillar, and kill Artruis the Heartless. While fighting, kill the oracle or the wolvar, the one alive will give you a quest, and you'll be able to start doing the quests of that faction. Once you reach exalted status, just return to the cave and kill the other NPC.

for Ogri'la you need to get the daily "Banish More Demons" and repeat it everyday until eventually you reach exalted.
(killing 15 demons)

the only quest in Ogri'la that doesn't seem to work is the one that requires you play that game with the light devices.

for Sha-Tar just grind the Mechanaar instance in Netherstorm, should only take a couple of runs plus it has quests .
(beating the bosses)
