Chicken Caesar Salads are dank 420. Except, I know if you're trying to cut. The dressing is a big no no.
I'm pretty sure a person could lose weight if they sit down at McDonalds, order a Big Mac and eat it as quickly as possible. Fast enough to where they sweat. Just ****ing inhale it. I mean, that's kind of like running a mile, right? And as you're inhaling Big Macs, you can curl some chicken nuggets in your left hand and a large, HALF diet coke and HALF regular coke in your right hand.
I don't have any evidence to support any of this but I mean....I think it would work.
This sounds like one of those couch theories that say an overly complicated fighting style just confuses the enemy therefore it will definitely give you the upper hand. Yeah, it's basically the same idea as muscle confusion. Your body gets used to the same stuff so you have to mix it up. That's why I don't have a lifting routine; I just do what I feel like when I go to the gym

Collaborating with someone that is FAAAARRRR better than you are at producing music is a little spooky. But, I'm hoping I at least get to learn.
I made this in about 15 minutes and one of my friends wants to work on it with me. Except my friend is very talented and very knowledgeable about producing music. And I've never worked with anyone before.

I'm not really trying to lose weight that's why I'm not looking at cutting diets. It's more like I want to shape up a bit, do some isometrics, add a bit of detail to my forms if that makes sense. Still, I ain't gon eat dat 22 hdfyefnjudwteb beans no matter how healthy and full of multiuniversal cosmic vitamins they are.
