I'm just wondering if there is a place or a file that I can see that would show me all the available titles I can get in Warmane's WoW. Please and thank you

Only thing you can do is to check all achievements, and eventually link them in guild chat with question "is this working?". Or just ask if X title is working.
There is no file/page who describes obtainable titles.

which expansion?
on MoP you can get:
-the insane
-camel hoarder
-ambassador
-explorer
-of shattered sun
-bloodsail admiral
-all of rated bgs titles
-guardian of cenarius
-the diplomat [not sure]
-argent tournament titles (of Stormwind, Of Orgrimmar, etc.) [I'm not quite sure about those]
and that's it... I supose. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You cant get argent tournament ones, cuz quest leading to those is bugged atm. I would add the seeker title, which works too.

Unfortunately no, there is no such list/thread here afaik, although there are some reputation/achievement guides that may help.
You'll need to check what is working and what's not. Psycho gave ALMOST all(if not all) you can get for the MoP expansion.

About 2 or 3 days ago i saw someone with the Argent Champion title, so i guess that one is also obtainable.

hard to get insane cuz darkmoon rep is hard to grind takes to much time :/

Compared to retail dificulty, Inseane in the Memberane is rofl easy to get.
