Yes, you have to make a support ticket on website.
Then you don't have any item eligible to declare a mis-buy and ask for a refund.
You have 24 hours to open a ticket - more than plenty of time to notice you got the wrong item. You might also need to be a Contributor.
Do you have a ticket type "General Enquiry"? You can try that. If your account is premium then item misbuy should appear as ticket type even if there are no items to select in it. They are not that strict about those 24 hours usually but if your account is not premium and you got the item for coins you got as gift then they might not refund the item.

The whole point of there being a specific type of ticket is that it's meant to be used, not worked around. If that ticket type isn't there, you have nothing available to refund, period. Using a different type of ticket should result in it being closed without reply.
