Can't login on Wotlk or Cata

As the title says, I can't login on Wotlk or Cata using logon.warmane.com, I have to switch it to logon.molten-wow.com but I get spammed by server when I play. A few minutes ago it was working fine, but before that it was down again.

I have the same problem on Wotlk. If i use logon.warmane.com it gets stuck at "Connecting" but logon.molten-wow.com works though.

This means that ur ISP doesn't refresh their DNS often.
A quick DNS flush should solve ur problem.

I thought so but isn't this. I flushed DNS but still isn't working.
